How does it work?
Simpson and Hall will take on your property and treat it like it’s our own for the duration of the contract, ensuring you are not bothered with any minor issues and guaranteeing you a monthly rental income.
Upon taking on the property, we can offer a light refurb if/when required, select the most suitable tenants who will occupy the property and finally, manage all their needs and requirements as well as processing all paperwork. We honestly take care of everything.
