Thank you to the entire team at Simpson and Hall! After needing to move quickly after securing my new job down in London I feel so lucky I was able to get the perfect house for me. Having to move so last minute was so stressful to start with but once I spoke to the team at S&H everything seemed to fall into place. It was great to have a dedicated agent so I didn’t need to keep repeating myself and they really just understood what I was going through and completely supported me. I was so impressed with the range of properties I was able to choose from. I needed a good location, close to the station with good amenities and I got just that! I was over the moon! Awesome job!

I was referred to S&H by a friend and at first, I was very sceptical as I had never found a property via a management company. I was so impressed! From the first phone call I really felt like I had been listened to, my preferences and what I wanted, I felt like a person rather than just another tenant. The staff were excellent, always keeping me informed and I knew exactly what I was paying each month, with no hidden charges. When I moved in, I found great flatmates who have now become friends.
